MARK LAMICA
Mark Lamica is a veteran entertainment executive whose career is defined by high-level collaborations and a track record of commercial success. Notably, Lamica partnered with the late Frank DiLeo (Michael Jackson’s longtime manager) and co-managed Michael Jackson’s highly anticipated comeback tour alongside Quincy Krashna.
Throughout his career, Lamica has managed more than 30 major recording artists, including 18 Gold, Platinum, and Grammy Award winners, as well as renowned comedians and professional athletes. Beyond management, he is an accomplished creator and producer; he co-produced the musical The Man and co-authored the accompanying book with Grammy-winning composer Larry Hart.
Quincy Krashna was also a former business partner of Frank Dileo who worked with Michael Jackson. Dileo Entertainment Group, a company located in Nashville, Tennessee focused on managing up-and-coming artists as well as establishing a publishing company in Nashville, Krashna and Lamica co-managed Michael Jackson and his comeback tour along with numerous projects including several plays. Krashna was one of the producers for The Man, a musical about a superstar and his manager that reportedly aimed for a Las Vegas launch. Quincy has booked and managed the careers of several Platinum and Gold artists, Quincy also was facilities director for the famous Apollo Theater as well.

Andy Tavel is a partner at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP. For over 30 years Andy has been an ardent legal advocate for creators of intellectual property and entertainment entrepreneurs. His client base spans the spectrum from emerging talent to iconic music superstars and from established companies to start-ups.
Andy is well-versed in the challenges facing the music industry and has spoken at numerous educational events, been featured in books, quoted in Billboard and the Wall Street Journal, and interviewed on NPR. Andy is actively involved with the Board of Directors of the TJ Martell Foundation (the music industry’s charity committed to finding a cure for cancer) and the ABA’s Music & Personal Appearances Division as its Vice Chair.
